Our Greater Purpose
Greater Purpose Consulting was founded by two leaders who have lived the EOS® journey; as Visionaries, Implementers, and fractional leaders. We know what it’s like to feel the weight of misalignment, the strain of a missing leader, the challenge of implementing EOS, and the momentum that comes when the right person steps in or the right system finally clicks.
That’s why we built Greater Purpose; to bring clarity, support, and purpose to both sides of the leadership equation. We help EOS®-run companies scale with confidence, and empower seasoned operators to build consulting practices that align with who they are and what they’re meant to do.
For us, this work is personal. Because when the right people are in the right seats, businesses grow stronger, teams move faster, and leaders get to live out their greater purpose.

Our Leadership
Jennifer Pokorny
Co-Founder/Integrator, Fractional Operations Leader, Process Consultant
Jennifer Pokorny’s journey from Creative Director to operations leader is a story of discovering her zone of genius, where creativity meets clarity. What began as a career in design and creative direction evolved into a passion for building structure, empowering teams, and bringing vision to life. As she helped rebuild Rock Paper Simple from the ground up as their Integrator during the initial EOS Implementation, Jennifer worked closely with its founder to implement EOS® across every level of the agency. Through that experience, she uncovered her true calling: creating systems that help people and businesses thrive.
Today, Jennifer brings that passion to Greater Purpose Consulting as co-founder and serves as a fractional Integrator or Operations leader for clients, helping EOS-run companies gain traction, develop leadership teams, and align people with purpose. She also offers process consulting, helping organizations develop and document their core processes. She’s known for her ability to turn vision into actionable structure, her ability to navigate and translate Visionaries, and her heart for helping teams do work that matters. Whether she’s designing operational frameworks and processes, or empowering GPC’s fractional leaders, she brings both traction and heart to the table.
When she’s not building systems and making sense of Visionaries, you’ll likely find her crocheting something or spending time with her husband Bradley and their dogs.
Joshua Adams
Co-Founder/Visionary, EOS® Implementor
Joshua Adams has been building businesses since he was eight years old; starting with a strawberry patch in his backyard and later launching a lawncare business, an e-commerce store, and a web design company in his teens. By 21, he was a partner in a full-service creative agency, and at 25, he founded Rock Paper Simple, a branding and marketing agency that grew into a well-known firm serving hundreds of clients over 12 years. After running on EOS® for five years as the agency’s Visionary and serving as a Fractional CMO for multiple companies running EOS, Joshua experienced firsthand the clarity and freedom EOS can bring and made it his mission to help other business owners do the same. He’s also the Co-Founder of Mendx Studios, and was the Executive Producer of the documentary Breakthrough: a Mental Health Journey.
Today, Joshua is a Professional EOS Implementer, guiding leadership teams to implement a simple set of tools and disciplines to establish clarity of vision, create traction and encourage team health. Joshua is passionate about helping fellow Visionaries find balance, freedom, and purpose; not just in their business, but in their lives.
He and his wife Diana are foster parents and have a young son. Joshua finds joy in ministry efforts, his board game and tabletop hobby and time with his family. He enjoys cigars, Old Fashions, and loves anything Lord of the Rings or Star Trek related.
