Meet Alan
Alan Bernstein is the owner and Chief Human Resource Consultant of HR Office Savers, Inc., where he advises organizations on human resources strategy, employment practices, compliance, staffing, employee relations, compensation, retention, and organizational support.
As a Fractional HR Leader, Alan provides experienced HR guidance and leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive hire, helping businesses navigate growth, people challenges, and compliance with confidence.
Prior to launching HR Office Savers in 2018, Alan held multiple Human Resources leadership positions with increasing responsibility, building extensive experience across strategic staffing, retention planning, employee relations, and organizational development for both small and large organizations.
In addition to his consulting work, Alan is deeply involved in the HR community. He serves on the Executive Committee of SHRM Florida State Council as Council Secretary, is a Board Member of LEAD Brevard, and is the past president of the Space Coast Human Resources Association. He also teaches HR certification preparation courses for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP at Eastern Florida State College.
