Be open. Be honest. Address what’s holding your team back.
When leaders avoid difficult conversations, the issues don’t disappear. Poor performance goes unaddressed, accountability slips, and politics take attention away from results. Strong leadership teams need healthy conflict—and that requires people who can speak honestly while remaining open to another perspective.
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll examine your own approach to conflict, identify conversations you’ve been avoiding, and learn how trust, clear ownership, and accountability support productive disagreement. Through guided worksheets, real-life examples, and coached demonstrations, you’ll prepare to address difficult issues with your peers. Optional conversation practice gives you an opportunity to put those skills to work.
Leave with a clearer understanding of what’s getting in the way and practical tools to begin building a more open, honest leadership team.
What to expect
Each standalone, two-hour workshop is designed for active learning, with practical teaching, original worksheets, real-life examples, and small-group work. Where relevant, coached demonstrations and optional roleplaying give you a chance to practice real leadership conversations in a supportive setting.
